Return, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Returns Policy


Return of an order will be authorized if it meets the following criteria :

1. The complaint was raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. The order delivered was different than what was ordered. The term different can be further categorized into following terms: 

  • Different Model
  • Different Color
  • Different Brand
  • Incomplete Product or Parts
  • Inaccurate  or Different Website Description
3. The order delivered is damaged.

4. The order delivered is defective and not working.

5. The order is not delivered within 15 days of ordering or is delivered late and after the prescribed timeline. 

6. If the order has been delivered and not opened by the customer. However, in that case, return pickup service is not provided by MakeMyKart.com and the return courier charges will also be borne by customer.

Refund will be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product back in our warehouse. All returns are checked for damage/validity/authenticity and refund is processed after that. If the returned shipment is found to be invalid/different/inaccurate than what was sent to the customer, no or partial refund will be issued. We reserve and hold the right for that decision and it shall not be subject to discussion or dispute.

Replacement Policy


Replacement of an order will be authorized if it meets the following criteria :


1. The complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. The order delivered was different than what was ordered. The term different can be further categorized into following terms: 

  • Different Model
  • Different Color
  • Different Brand
  • Incomplete Product or Parts
  • Inaccurate  or Different Website Description
3. The order delivered is damaged.

4. The order delivered is defective and not working.


Once a replacement request has been authorized, product will be picked up and replacement will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the product back in our warehouse. This will however be done after proper inspection of the old shipment for damage/validity/authenticity. If the returned shipment is found to be invalid/different/inaccurate than what was sent to the customer, no or partial refund will be issued. We reserve and hold the right for that decision and it shall not be subject to discussion or dispute.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation of an order is provided by MakeMyKart.com under following criteria :

1. Cancellation is requested before delivery of the order.
2. For COD orders, the order is automatically cancelled if the delivery is refused or payment is not made to the courier upon delivery.
3. If the order has been delivered, customer has to send back the product to our warehouse via suitable courier. MakeMyKart.com will not provide return pickup service in this case. Courier charges will also be borne to the customer.

In case of cancellation :


A full refund will be issued if the shipment is not delivered to the customer or is cancelled before delivery or is rejected at the time of delivery or is not dispatched.
